2019 Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Chardonnay

Our inaugural Sparkling Wine Release, the 2019 Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Chardonnay is a Brut Sparkling Wine crafted in the traditional Méthode champenoise style.  Made from Clone 124 Chardonnay grapes sourced from Kenny Hill Vineyard, our neighbors along Mill Creek, this wine was aged sur lie for 32 months to build a rich mouthfeel and yeasty bouquet.  Beautiful aromas of lemon curd and Granny Smith apple pie are balanced with crisp acidity and bright fruit on the palate, complimented by delicate mineral notes and a lengthy finish.  Only 41 cases produced!
