2020 Estate Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Chardonnay

Our 2020 Estate Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Chardonnay is a Brut Sparkling Wine crafted in the traditional Méthode champenoise style.  Made from a single row of each Chardonnay Clone (548 and 96) from our Menozzi Vineyard, this wine was aged sur lie for 18 months to build a clean, crisp mouthfeel and yeasty bouquet.  Beautiful aromas of lemon curd, pear and Granny Smith apples are followed with bright fruit on the palate, all balanced with crisp acidity, delicate mineral notes and a lengthy, creamy finish.  Only 38 cases made.
