2021 Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Chardonnay

Our best Sparkling Wine yet!  The 2021 Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Chardonnay is a Brut Sparkling Wine crafted in the traditional Méthode champenoise style.  Made from Clone 124 Chardonnay grapes sourced from Kenny Hill Vineyard, our neighbors along Mill Creek, this wine was aged sur lie for 16 months to build a rich mouthfeel and yeasty bouquet.  Aromas of Meyer lemon and Granny Smith apple pie are balanced with crisp acidity, beautiful tiny bubbles, delicate mineral notes and a lengthy finish.  Only 56 cases produced!
