2021 Cabernet Franc

Our 2021 Cabernet Franc is a blend of 80% Cabernet Franc from Seven Hills Vineyard and 12% Malbec from Les Collines Vineyard and 8% Merlot from our Menozzi Estate Vineyard.  This beautiful wine opens with aromas of blackberry, cranberry, dried orange peel and licorice.  Bright cherry, black fruit and pepper notes on the palate are wrapped in an elegant tannin structure that leads to a lingering finish.
