2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

A blend of 90% Cabernet and 10% Merlot, all sourced from the Menozzi Vineyard that surrounds our home, this wine possesses enticing aromas of black cherry, cedar, fig and tobacco. On the palate, black cherry, plum, blackberry and cassis provide good mid-palate depth, balanced by a chalky minerality and smooth, well-integrated tannins on the finish.
